Hi, my name is Adelia and I’m here to help make your investment a stress-free success.

I am a third-generation specialist on all things rental properties. As a child, I would watch my Grandmother manage her short-term rentals. As a teen, my mother would take me to tenant viewings and involve me in the tenant selection process for her five rental properties. Watching my family skillfully navigate their properties which ranged from high-end downtown condos to small basement suites on the outskirts of the city, helped me to develop the foundation necessary to grow into a successful rental property owner myself.

Ten years ago, I bought my first rental property. Since then, I’ve gained extensive experience owning and renting residential properties. In addition to my residential condos, townhomes, and basement suites, I’ve also expanded into the world of short-term rentals through Airbnb (which I absolutely love!).

After all this time, I’ve developed a real passion for the rental business–and learned a lot along the way! It’s with this passion that I continue to own rental properties while expanding my portfolio to offer consulting services.

My consulting services first began when friends, family–and even acquaintances–started reaching out for advice and guidance on their rental properties. Knowing that rental properties come with a specific set of questions and concerns and that I can help address these fears with practical, pragmatic advice, is what continues to drive me.

Overall, my experiences in the residential rental business–in both Calgary and Montreal–have strengthened my expertise and enthusiasm for the industry and I want to share that experience with existing and soon-to-be landlords.
